Measure your dog's back length (base of neck to base of tail) and chest (around the widest part, just behind the front legs). Then compare to our Size Guide. If you're between sizes, always size up. Every Sidekitt coat has an adjustable velcro belly strap and drawcord toggles so you can bring the fit in.

All Sidekitt coats come in XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL, designed to fit all breeds.

Our coats are designed with movement and fit in mind, and the adjustable belly strap gives a lot of flexibility. If your dog has a more unique build, email us at hello@sidekitt.com.au before ordering. We're happy to help find the best fit.

Yes. We offer size exchanges on all full-priced coats within 21 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. A flat return shipping fee of $10 applies. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Email us at hello@sidekitt.com.au to get started.

We offer two shipping options for Australian orders via Australia Post:

• Standard · 3–5 business days · $12.00
• Express · 1–2 business days · $17.00

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from Sydney. Once dispatched via Australia Post, estimated delivery times are:

Yes, we ship internationally via Australia Post International. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's standard rates. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@sidekitt.com.au.

Yes. Australia Post standard shipping can deliver to PO Boxes within Australia.

Check your tracking number at auspost.com.au and check whether a delivery card has been left at your address. If your parcel is still missing, contact us at hello@sidekitt.com.au.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sidekitt.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

You have 21 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. To start a return, email hello@sidekitt.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

For change-of-mind returns, a flat return shipping fee of $10 applies.

Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 3 to 5 business days), you can choose:

• Full refund to your original payment method (allow 3 to 7 business days to appear)
• Store credit for the full return value plus a 10% bonus as a thank-you.

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for store credit only. Standard eligibility conditions still apply.

We currently offer four styles: the Black Puffer Jacket, the Camo Rain Jacket, the Plaid Quilted Coat, and the Poncho Towel. Our Collection is available in all sizes from XS, Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL.

All Sidekitt coats should be washed at 30 degrees, not tumble dried, not bleached, and not ironed. The main body of the puffer and rain jacket is 100% polyester; the quilted coat is 100% cotton outer with a polyester inner. Check the care label inside your coat for specific instructions.

The Camo Rain Jacket is our waterproof style, designed for wet weather walks. The Black Puffer and Plaid Quilted Coat are outerwear coats, not waterproof. The Poncho Towel is designed for drying your dog post-swim or walk.

Sidekitt coats are designed as fashion and comfort outerwear. We recommend always supervising your dog when wearing a coat, particularly for the first few wears while they're getting used to it.

We're Harry and Serena, a young couple living in Sydney. Growing up, Harry's family had two Cavoodles and Serena's family had a King Charles Cavalier. Dogs have always been a big part of both our lives. We started Sidekitt because we couldn't find dog outerwear that was thoughtfully designed, well-made, and actually looked good. So we made it ourselves.
