Shipping
Policy
We dispatch all orders from Sydney via Australia Post. Every order comes with tracking and a choice of standard or express shipping at checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer two shipping options for Australian orders via Australia Post:
- Standard · 3–5 business days · $12.00
- Express · 1–2 business days · $17.00
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location. Tracking is included on all orders and your tracking number will be provided via email once dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Sidekitt is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address being provided.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries via Australia Post International. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's standard rates.
- Estimated delivery: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs
- Tracking: included where available
- Customs and duties: any import taxes, duties, or fees upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient
Sidekitt is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If an international order is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
PO Boxes
We can deliver to residential, business, and PO Box addresses within Australia via Australia Post standard shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@sidekitt.com.au.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking number at auspost.com.au for the latest update
- Check whether a delivery card has been left at your address
- Allow an additional 3 business days, as delays do occasionally occur
- Contact us at hello@sidekitt.com.au if your parcel is still missing
